Licensed Paralegal
We are looking for a Licensed Paralegal to support our legal collections practice. You will prepare and file Small Claims Court documents, attend hearings, communicate with debtors and their counsel, and work closely with our internal team to move files through the legal process efficiently and ethically.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Skip Tracer to locate debtors using databases, public records, and investigative techniques. The ideal candidate is resourceful and persistent, with strong research skills and the ability to work within a compliance-first environment. Experience in collections or investigative work is an asset.

We are hiring experienced Collectors to manage their own portfolios of accounts. You will contact debtors by phone and in writing, negotiate payment arrangements, and maintain thorough records. We are looking for professionals who can balance firmness with empathy and who understand that respectful communication gets better results.
